These conditions apply whether a contract has been made verbally or in writing .
The hirer acts on behalf of all the passengers travelling on the vehicles . If the hirer is a company , group , or partnership , an individual must be named as a responsible person .                                                                                                      The hirer is responsible for the actions and decisions of all the Passengers on board including any additional costs incurred in performing the contract , whether or not they actually travel with the party .
Where a copy of these conditions has been given to the hirer at any time , or the hirer has been advised verbally of all significant terms , making a booking will be deemed to signify acceptance of them . Where a hirer makes a booking before receiving these conditions and without
being advised verbally of all significant terms , the hirer may cancel the contract without liability to the operator within 48 hours of receiving these conditions . Otherwise the hirer will be deemed to accept these conditions . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification and you should check whether they are up to date . The company reserves the right to cancel any booking on refund of any payment made .
2. Quotations
www.minibustoairport.co.uk Quotations are given on the basis of the direct route and on
information provided by the hirer. The route used will be at the discretion of the company unless it has been particularly specified by the hirer in which case it will be clearly shown on the confirmation .
All quotations are given subject to the company                                                      www.minibustoairport.co.uk having available a suitable vehicle at the time the hirer accepts the quotation .
Quotations are valid for 28 days unless otherwise notified .
3. Use of the Vehicle
Personal Property
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that when they leave the vehicle they take with them any persona; property , the company or employees will not accept liability for any item lost howsoever caused .
Health and Safety
The health , safety and comfort of our passengers are of paramount importance and therefore you must abide by the law and use the seatbelts provided . You should follow directions and requests from the driver or other employee of the company in relation to passenger safety .                       You should use the emergency exits or equipment provided in the event of an emergency . You must not leave your seat nor distract the driver whilst the vehicle is in motion .
Alcohol and Food
Various laws are in force which prohibits the carriage and use of alcohol on public service vehicles . It is company policy that no alcohol , for consumption on the vehicle , is permitted onto the vehicle .
It is also company policy that no food , for consumption on the vehicle , is permitted onto the vehicle .
Smoking
www.minibustoairport.co.uk has a strict NO SMOKING policy on all of our vehicles .
4. Route and Time Variation
General Charges
www.minibustoairport.co.uk company reserves the right to levy additional charges for additional mileage or time to that agreed . Waiting time is billed at:
first 15 minutes free thereafter £35 per hour or part thereof .
The vehicle will depart at times agreed by the hirer , and it is the responsibility of the hirer to account for all passengers at those times .                                                                             The company will not accept liability for any losses incurred by passengers who fail to follow instructions given by the hirer .
Unless the vehicle is staying with the passengers , the driver will return at the pre-scheduled time and place and wait for up to 45 minutes . After that time , if no communication has been received from the hirer, the driver will assume the return trip has been cancelled and return to base . No refunds will be given in the event that you fail
to board the vehicle at the pre-scheduled time on either outbound or inbound journeys .
5. Seating Capacity
The company will , at the time of booking , agree and specify the legal seating capacity of the vehicle to be supplied . The hirer must not load the vehicle beyond this capacity

Any quoted pick up or journey time are best estimates only Whilst it
uses all reasonable efforts to convey passenger's to their
destinations in the Shortest Possible time www.minibustoairport.co.uk shall have no liability if the pick up and journey time exceeds any estimate given
or otherwise exceeds the Clients or the passenger's expectations for whatever reason nor shall www.minibustoairport.co.uk have any other liability to
the Client of the passenger's in connection with the time at which the passengers) reach or fail to reach the destination
www.minibustoairport.co.uk shall have no liability for any damage . loss costs , claims or expenses (whether foreseeable or not) incurred or suffered by
the Client or the passenger's (other than in respect of death or
personal injury) by virtue of eventualities or occurrences , acts or omissions Including on the part of the driver outside Of the reasonable Control of www.minibustoairport.co.uk .
It shall be for the Client and or the Passenger's to ensure that
valuable , unusual or any other items are covered by appropriate Insurance www.minibustoairport.co.uk cannot entertain any claim for loss of or damage to items but upon proof of value may make ex gratia payment not
exceeding in total £10.00 in respect of any one hiring .
If www.minibustoairport.co.uk cancels a booking , it shall have no liability to
the Client or to the intended passenger's if it has used its
reasonable endeavours to fulfil the booking and to notify the Client of the cancellation
Any claim or complaint shall be notified by the Client-to
www.minibustoairport.co.uk within one month of the date of
the assignment or if later ,
the first date on which the Client became aware of (Or if sooner should have been aware of) the matter .
In the event of a cancellation by the client less than 5 hours before the time booked www.minibustoairport.co.uk may at its discretion Charge a cancellation fee of not less than £25.
Where a booking has been agreed and a vehicle has been despatched and
then either cancelled or the customers have failed to utilise the service then the whole of the cost of the journey plus any waiting time that may have occurred will be due .
All quotes are valid for one month .
Where the actual journey differs from this confirmation then the cost will be based on the mileage travelled or hourly rate whichever is the higher .
Should a passenger feel sick and fail to ask the driver to slop in time . There is a set charge of £50 to clean and valet the bus .
In the event that a Passenger causes deliberate or malicious damage to the vehicle the hirer is responsible for the cost of repairs .

Agreed Price , Deposits , Cancellations , Balances and General .
Agreed Price
The Agreed Price is the amount agreed between www.minibustoairport.co.uk and you
The Customer , based on and is limited to the instructions given as set out in the Requirements area overleaf . Changes following on from this booking that you may like to make will be subject to our ability to
accommodate those changes and may be subject to further cost's .
Deposits
All bookings made are confirmed by an advance deposit . The minimum advance deposit is dependent upon the vehicle required and ranges from £30 - £100 .                         Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by The
Customer ,
the deposit paid is non-refundable or 50% of the agreed price is payable to www.minibustoairport.co.uk , whichever is greater . Should The Customer cancel within 7 days of the date of travel , The Customer will be charged 100% of the balance owed which is due within 5 working days .
Balance
All Balances due must be paid in full before requirements commence ,
unless stated otherwise overleaf . You may pay in advance by mailing a
cheque for the balance due allowing enough time (minimum 7 days) for
the cheque to be cleared to ensure cleared funds are deposited to our account prior to the requirements being fulfilled .
Grace Period
www.minibustoairport.co.uk will endeavour to be at all pick-up point's in advance of the time's agreed . However , there may be causes out of our control that may from time to time prevent us from meeting these
commitments , such as ; inclement weather , road traffic accidents , road resurfacing etc . Therefore you agree to allow a period of up to 30 minutes grace .                                If a grace period is invoked in whole or part , the time
of adjusted time's will be made up during or after the period of hire , schedules permitting .

The Driver will drive at reasonable speeds
keeping within the law , and will use their judgment in relation to the prevailing road type and conditions . www.minibustoairport.co.uk accepts no responsibility nor can it be held liable in any way whatsoever for any delays howsoever caused .
Damages
Damages and subsequent cost's of repair's of such damage's to the vehicle hired as used by you The Customer and/or your guests howsoever caused is your responsibility . Additionally , in the event that one of the parties is sick in the vehicle we will charge £50 to £100 depending
on vehicle hired ; to make good the vehicle . We will invoice you The Customer directly and should the additional payment's not be made on
the day or night , it is payable in full within 5 working days .
Alcohol
is not permitted at any time in any of our vehicles , failure to
comply with this rule will be the journey will be terminated in full and no refund will be offered .
Overtime
Overtime charges begin immediately following the end of pre-agreed www.minibustoairport.co.uk contract end time as set out overleaf titled
Requirements
End. Under this agreement the overtime rate per hour or part thereof shall be as that as is noted overleaf titled Vehicle Overtime Rate .
Lost Property
www.minibustoairport.co.uk takes every care to keep you The Customer and your property safe . We cannot , however , under any circumstances take
responsibility for property lost or left or assumed left at any time in the vehicle's . Make sure that you check and remove all personal
property - yours and your guest's - from the vehicle's whenever you are dropped off , including interim drop's . In the event any property is found by us and returned to the depot it is you , The Customer's
responsibility to recover the said property from us and any costs of doing so are yours and yours alone .
Breakdown
www.minibustoairport.co.uk makes every effort to maintain its vehicle's as often and as thoroughly as it possibly can and has therefore made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the vehicle's are in the best and
most reliable condition and are thereby fit for the purpose of use .
In such event should a mechanical breakdown occur outside its control ,
www.minibustoairport.co.uk cannot therefore be held responsible for mechanical breakdown nor for the impact that those unforeseen event's might then or thereafter have . In the event of mechanical failure , due to
circumstances beyond our control if the vehicle requested cannot be
provided either for the first , the final or other interim journeys booked , we reserve the right to provide substitute vehicle's of equal or similar standing and capacity .
General www.minibustoairport.co.uk operates a strict 'NO SMOKING' policy within
their
vehicle's . Should this condition be ignored the driver is authorized to terminate the hire agreement immediately and a refund will not be offered under any circumstances .       The driver reserves the right to
refuse the carriage of luggage if in his judgment the volume of weight is excessive . www.minibustoairport.co.uk will not be held responsible for the use or transportation of any illegal substance or articles within their vehicle's .                         The hire agreement will be terminated immediately without
refund if The Customer contravenes this condition .          The Customer named overleaf will be held responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle's at all times . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right to
terminate any and all services to unruly or abusive passengers .

Terms and Conditions

1.1 The Provider shall sell and the Client shall purchase the Service in accordance with any quotation or offer of the Provider which is accepted by the Client , or any reservation of the Client which is accepted by the Provider , subject in either case to these Conditions , which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted , or any such reservation is made or purported to be made , by the Client .
1.2 A contract will only come in to being upon the acceptance of the Provider of the reservation and the following conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated in the contract . The Client accepts these terms & conditions by placing a reservation , booking with the provider via but not limited to the providers ; web site : www.minibustoairport.co.uk via telephone , or via any representative agent .
1.3 The Contract will be subject to these conditions . The provider reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion . Any revised terms and conditions will be posted on the providers website and will come into effect 1 hour after posting .
1.4 No reservation order submitted by the client shall be deemed to be accepted by the provider unless and until confirmed in writing by email telephone or otherwise by an authorised representative of the provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk ).
1.5 The specification for the services shall be those set out in the providers sales documentation unless varied expressly in the clients reservation (if accepted by the provider) . The service will only be supplied as stated in the providers price list . Reservations orders received other than these will be adjusted accordingly . Illustrations , photographs or descriptions whether in the website , brochures , price lists or other documents issued by the provider are intended as a guide only and the contents shall not be binding on the Provider .
1.6 The Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk )reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the services which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements or , where the services are to be supplied to the Providers specification , which do not materially affect their performance .
1.7 Sub-contracting companies are not authorised to make any representations or claims concerning the service unless confirmed by the Provider in writing by email , telephone or otherwise . In entering into the Contract the client acknowledges that it does not rely on , and waives any claim for beach of , any such representations , which are not so confirmed .
1.8 No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the client and the provider .
1.9 Sales literature , price lists and other documents issued by the provider in relation to the service may be subject to alteration . No contract for the offer of service shall be binding on the provider unless the provider has issued a quotation which is expressed to be an offer of service ; or has accepted a reservation placed by the client , by whichever is the earlier of :-
1.9.1 the Providers written acceptance ;
1.9.2 delivery of the service ;
1.10 Any typographical , clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature , quotation , price list , acceptance of offer , invoice or other document or information issued by the Provider shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk).
1.11 The price of the Service shall be the price listed in the Providers published price list current at the date of acceptance of the clients reservation or such other price as may be agreed in writing by the provider and the client .
1.12 Where the provider has quoted a price for the service other than in accordance with the Providers published price list the price quoted shall be valid for 24 hours only or such other time as the Provider may specify .
1.13 The Provider reserves the right , by giving notice to the Client at any time before delivery , to increase the price of the service to reflect any increase in the cost to the provider which is due to any factor beyond the control of the provider (such as , without limitation , any foreign exchange fluctuation , currency regulation or alteration of duties , any change in delivery dates , quantities or specifications for the service which is requested by the Client , or any delay caused by any instructions of the Client or failure of the Client to give the Provider adequate information or instructions .
1.14 The Provider ( www.minibustoairport.co.uk) reserves the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors (herein known as third parties) to provide services to Clients . Where appropriate details i.e. names , addresses of any such third parties will be provided by the Provider upon any reasonnable request and at the discretion of the Provider .
1.15 Reservations orders made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge of 50% on published prices : 24 , 25 , 26 , December & 1 January .
1.16 A maximum time of 30 minutes for address collections & 90 minutes for airport , seaport collections will be allocated , whereupon non-contact with the client will classify the reservation to be a NO SHOW & will be subject to clauses 2.2 & 3.1.1.
1.17 All payments that are made in any other form than cash (pounds sterling) to the Provider for the provision of service & on any confirmed reservations made with the provider directly or indirectly will result in a non refundable charge (processing fee) and vat if applicable .

Terms Of Carriage
2.1 The Providers (herein known as www.minibustoairport.co.uk) prices are based on Clients (herein known as passengers) being ready to travel at the booked time . Clients must book their ground transfer in accordance with check in times and guidelines provided by their relevant air or cruise line .
2.2 All meets apart from airports waiting time are free for the first 5 minutes ; thereafter you will be charged 35p per minute on the entire waiting time . Airport and Seaport collections : 30 minutes free waiting time from the time of landing arrival (additional free waiting time can be requested at time of booking) , thereafter you will be charged 35p per +minute (payments made in any other form than cash GBP will be subject to processing) . There is no additional charge for flight delays .
2.3 Fares quoted are flat rates . Any diversions , additional set downs or pickups by passengers will incur a minimum charge of £7.00 per diversion ..www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right of altering any prices without prior notification however quotations on confirmed bookings will be binding .
2.4 Neither www.minibustoairport.co.uk nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage . Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times , if accompanying the luggage on the journey . www.minibustoairport.co.uk & or its contracted or sub-contracted drivers have the right to refuse any passenger or to make the journey due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion .
2.5 Vehicles are booked by clients as requested. Saloon and Estate cars carry a maximum of 4 passengers & luggage . Vehicles to carry a larger no of passengers & luggage are available & are to be booked as required , (for luggage limitations , vehicle types and relevance ) .
2.6 Damage to vehicles caused by passengers due to soiling is chargeable at the rate of £60.00 (GBP) in cash at the time of instance by the driver .
2.7 www.minibustoairport.co.uk will not carry in its vehicles any of the following:Explosives , firearms , flammables , tear gas , mace , pepper spray Perishables , Fragile , breakable , or temperature sensitive items , Pets , insects , animals (other than registered Guide Dogs for the visually impaired) , Cash , Hazardous waste , Pressurized containers , Securities and negotiable papers , Human remains , Alcoholic beverages , or anything containing alcohol , Illegal narcotics/drugs . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right to disallow additional goods at any time .
2.8 In the instance where un accompanied luggage is transported . You agree to defend , indemnify and hold www.minibustoairport.co.uk and its owners , workers , clients , agents , and driver harmless from all claims , demands , causes of actions , damages , liabilities , costs and expenses , including attorneys' fees , arising from or related to your acts or omissions in connection with your use of the Service and omissions in relation to clause 2.7.
2.9 In the instance where un accompanied luggage is transported . www.minibustoairport.co.uk will try its level best to deliver the luggage to the exact destination as booked by the passenger . If the driver is unable to obtain a signature for the receipt of luggage on such delivery . The driver is within his remit to return the luggage to our head office where storage and additional delivery costs may be incurred .

Cancellations / Cancellation charges
3.1 Reservations that have been accepted and confirmed by the Provider may be cancelled by the Client by telephone on: +44 (01494 461444 . Vehicles that are cancelled by client after reservation acceptance by the provider shall incur a cancellation charge .
3.1.1 Cancellations that are not informed of are deemed to be of the status ”NO SHOW” and will subject to a charge of 100% .
3.1.2 Cancellation informed 24 hours or more prior to booked journey time are subject to a charge of £10.00.
3.1.3 Cancellations informed 3 to 24 hours prior to the booked journey time are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted fare .
3.1.4 Cancellation's not informed up to 3 hour's prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred : 100% of quoted fare .
3.1.5 Vehicles that are booked by the client that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for as in clause 2.5 will be subject to clause 2.2 and 3.1.4.

General Applications
4.1 The Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing , or any failure to perform , any of the Providers obligations in relation to the Service , if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Providers reasonable control . Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing , the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Providers reasonable control directly or indirectly:-
4.1.1 act of God , explosion , flood , tempest , fire or accident ;
4.1.2 war or threat of war , sabotage , insurrection , act of terrorism , civil disturbance or requisition ;
4.1.3 acts , restrictions , regulations , byelaws , prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental , parliamentary or local authority ;
4.1.4 traffic accidents , traffic hold ups , traffic congestion ;
4.1.5 strikes , lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the Provider or of a third party) ;
4.1.6 flight delays , flight cancellations , early arrivals ;
4.1.7 power failure or breakdown in machinery including vehicles and computer systems .
4.2 Subject as expressly provided in these Conditions , all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law .
4.3 Except as expressly provided in these Conditions , the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall not be liable to the client by reason of any representation , or any implied warranty , condition or other term , or any duty at common law or under statute , or under the express terms of the Contract , for any direct or consequential loss or damage sustained by the client (including , without limitation , loss of profit or indirect or special loss) , costs , expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of the Provider , its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the services .
4.4 If clause 3.1.5 applies then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Provider , the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall be entitled to cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries under the Contract without any liability to the client , and if the Services have been delivered but not paid for the price shall become immediately due and payable notwithstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary .
4.5 The Client undertakes to the Provider that :-
4.5.1 the client will regard as confidential the Contract and all information obtained by the client relating to the services of the Provider and will not use or disclose to any third party such information without the Providers (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) prior written consent provided that this undertaking shall not apply to information which is in the public domain other than by reason of the clients default ;
4.5.2 the client will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with this condition by its employees , servants and agents . This Condition shall survive the termination of the contract .

Governance
5.1 No waiver by the provider of any breach of the Contract by the client shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision .
5.2 If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby .
5.3 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales .

Set out below are the terms and conditions by which www.minibustoairport.co.uk conduct its business with the Client (The account holder) , the Passenger (the person travelling) and the Booker (the person booking journeys) . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions of trading without notice .

We will always try to be fair and reasonable to our customers and promote goodwill where possible .

Whilst we will exercise all due care and consideration to carry out Client and/or Passenger instruction we will not be liable for any incidence or loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control .
Transport of Goods
All parcels , packages and goods are taken at customer’s own risk . It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for goods in transit .
Right to Refusal
www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to carry any persons or objects that the driver deems to be likely to cause him or his vehicle harm or damage in whatsoever form . The judgment of the driver will be final .www.minibustoairport.co.uk may charge for any costs involved .
Quotes
All quotes , where given , are approximate according to an estimate of miles and time incurred by driver and time of day of travel and type of vehicle required to do a specific journey .
Charges
We will calculate fares based upon mileage incurred , time and out of pocket expenditure .The charge rate will vary according to the type of vehicle/service required for the journey Most journeys are quoted travelling via the shortest route . If the route varies from this , e.g. by request from the customer to use a motorway route or the driver has to avoid a traffic related problem , www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to charge the Client for any extra mileage and time
Surcharges
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to:- out of area to out of area journeys

airport and station pick-ups .

- Christmas , New Year and other Bank Holiday journeys

- additional stops on route

- periods of extreme weather or road conditions .

- journeys out of standard business hours .

- peak hours

Cancellations

www.minibustoairport.co.uk assume a journey request is still valid until:

1. A Passenger or some one deemed to be representing the Passenger cancels the journey with a member of staff in the offices of www.minibustoairport.co.uk and receives confirmation by the member of staff that it is cancelled .
2. Our driver and or supporting staff have satisfied themselves that they are unable to pick the Passenger up for whatever reason . Until then we will take all reasonable care to complete the booking . In the event of a cancellation of a journey www.minibustoairport.co.uk may charge for any costs incurred until the time when it is apparent that www.minibustoairport.co.uk have been satisfactorily informed of a cancellation of booking or www.minibustoairport.co.uk have been unable to contact the Passenger.

Usually there would be no charge for a journey cancelled prior to dispatch .

Where a journey is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched the Client may be liable for a charge .

Where the driver is unable to find a Passenger after making all reasonable efforts the Client may be charged

Where a Client or Passenger gives incorrect information regarding a pick up place or time or other relevant detail that results in a cost to our driver , the Client may be liable for a cancellation charge .
Cancellation Charge
A Cancellation Charge is calculated to pay for the time and miles and incidental costs of our driver when he is unable to pick up a passenger .
Waiting time
Where a driver has to wait beyond the appointed time to collect a Passenger , whether it be the fault of the Passenger or Client or arises from circumstances beyond their control , the Client will be liable to pay www.minibustoairport.co.uk for the waiting time .
Variation
We will try to carry out a journey in a way the Passenger requests , e.g. route variation unless we have written instructions not to do so by the account holder .
Security of the account
www.minibustoairport.co.uk are able to set up various security measures with a prior request in writing from the Client.The Client will be liable to pay all bookings made on the account.

All queries are to be raised in writing within 14 days of invoice .

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport . Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information . If you have a serious flight delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays . use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate .

Pricing Policy
Prices are calculated manually with the distance , time of travel and amount of passengers traveling taken into consideration .

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us .
If you do not receive an email from www.minibustoairport.co.uk confirming the cancellation we have not received it . In this case please call our out of hours number which is 0787 068 9315 .
These conditions apply whether a contract has been made verbally or in writing .
The hirer acts on behalf of all the passengers travelling on the vehicles . If the hirer is a company , group , or partnership , an individual must be named as a responsible person .                                                                                                      The hirer is responsible for the actions and decisions of all the Passengers on board including any additional costs incurred in performing the contract , whether or not they actually travel with the party .
Where a copy of these conditions has been given to the hirer at any time , or the hirer has been advised verbally of all significant terms , making a booking will be deemed to signify acceptance of them . Where a hirer makes a booking before receiving these conditions and without
being advised verbally of all significant terms , the hirer may cancel the contract without liability to the operator within 48 hours of receiving these conditions . Otherwise the hirer will be deemed to accept these conditions . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification and you should check whether they are up to date . The company reserves the right to cancel any booking on refund of any payment made .
2. Quotations
www.minibustoairport.co.uk Quotations are given on the basis of the direct route and on
information provided by the hirer. The route used will be at the discretion of the company unless it has been particularly specified by the hirer in which case it will be clearly shown on the confirmation .
All quotations are given subject to the company                            ( www.minibustoairport.co.uk) having available a suitable vehicle at the time the hirer accepts the quotation .
Quotations are valid for 28 days unless otherwise notified .
3. Use of the Vehicle
Personal Property
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that when they leave the vehicle they take with them any persona; property , the company or employees will not accept liability for any item lost howsoever caused .
Health and Safety
The health , safety and comfort of our passengers are of paramount importance and therefore you must abide by the law and use the seatbelts provided . You should follow directions and requests from the driver or other employee of the company in relation to passenger safety .                       You should use the emergency exits or equipment provided in the event of an emergency . You must not leave your seat nor distract the driver whilst the vehicle is in motion .
Alcohol and Food
Various laws are in force which prohibits the carriage and use of alcohol on public service vehicles . It is company policy that no alcohol , for consumption on the vehicle , is permitted onto the vehicle .
It is also company policy that no food , for consumption on the vehicle , is permitted onto the vehicle .
Smoking
www.minibustoairport.co.uk has a strict NO SMOKING policy on all of our vehicles .
4. Route and Time Variation
General Charges
www.minibustoairport.co.uk company reserves the right to levy additional charges for additional mileage or time to that agreed . Waiting time is billed at:
first 15 minutes free thereafter £35 per hour or part thereof .
The vehicle will depart at times agreed by the hirer , and it is the responsibility of the hirer to account for all passengers at those times .                                                                             The company will not accept liability for any losses incurred by passengers who fail to follow instructions given by the hirer .
Unless the vehicle is staying with the passengers , the driver will return at the pre-scheduled time and place and wait for up to 45 minutes . After that time , if no communication has been received from the hirer, the driver will assume the return trip has been cancelled and return to base . No refunds will be given in the event that you fail
to board the vehicle at the pre-scheduled time on either outbound or inbound journeys .
5. Seating Capacity
The company will , at the time of booking , agree and specify the legal seating capacity of the vehicle to be supplied . The hirer must not load the vehicle beyond this capacity

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any quoted pick up or journey time are best estimates only Whilst it
uses all reasonable efforts to convey passenger's to their
destinations in the Shortest Possible time www.minibustoairport.co.uk shall have no liability if the pick up and journey time exceeds any estimate given
or otherwise exceeds the Clients or the passenger's expectations for whatever reason nor shall www.minibustoairport.co.uk have any other liability to
the Client of the passenger's in connection with the time at which the passengers) reach or fail to reach the destination
www.minibustoairport.co.uk shall have no liability for any damage . loss costs , claims or expenses (whether foreseeable or not) incurred or suffered by
the Client or the passenger's (other than in respect of death or
personal injury) by virtue of eventualities or occurrences , acts or omissions Including on the part of the driver outside Of the reasonable Control of www.minibustoairport.co.uk .
It shall be for the Client and or the Passenger's to ensure that
valuable , unusual or any other items are covered by appropriate Insurance www.minibustoairport.co.uk cannot entertain any claim for loss of or damage to items but upon proof of value may make ex gratia payment not
exceeding in total £10.00 in respect of any one hiring .
If www.minibustoairport.co.uk cancels a booking , it shall have no liability to
the Client or to the intended passenger's if it has used its
reasonable endeavours to fulfil the booking and to notify the Client of the cancellation
Any claim or complaint shall be notified by the Client-to
www.minibustoairport.co.uk within one month of the date of
the assignment or if later ,
the first date on which the Client became aware of (Or if sooner should have been aware of) the matter .
In the event of a cancellation by the client less than 5 hours before the time booked www.minibustoairport.co.uk may at its discretion Charge a cancellation fee of not less than £25.
Where a booking has been agreed and a vehicle has been despatched and
then either cancelled or the customers have failed to utilise the service then the whole of the cost of the journey plus any waiting time that may have occurred will be due .
All quotes are valid for one month .
Where the actual journey differs from this confirmation then the cost will be based on the mileage travelled or hourly rate whichever is the higher .
Should a passenger feel sick and fail to ask the driver to slop in time . There is a set charge of £50 to clean and valet the bus .
In the event that a Passenger causes deliberate or malicious damage to the vehicle the hirer is responsible for the cost of repairs .

Agreed Price , Deposits , Cancellations , Balances and General .
Agreed Price
The Agreed Price is the amount agreed between www.minibustoairport.co.uk and you
The Customer , based on and is limited to the instructions given as set out in the Requirements area overleaf . Changes following on from this booking that you may like to make will be subject to our ability to
accommodate those changes and may be subject to further cost's .
Deposits
All bookings made are confirmed by an advance deposit . The minimum advance deposit is dependent upon the vehicle required and ranges from £30 - £100 .                         Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by The
Customer ,
the deposit paid is non-refundable or 50% of the agreed price is payable to www.minibustoairport.co.uk , whichever is greater . Should The Customer cancel within 7 days of the date of travel , The Customer will be charged 100% of the balance owed which is due within 5 working days .
Balance
All Balances due must be paid in full before requirements commence ,
unless stated otherwise overleaf . You may pay in advance by mailing a
cheque for the balance due allowing enough time (minimum 7 days) for
the cheque to be cleared to ensure cleared funds are deposited to our account prior to the requirements being fulfilled .
Grace Period
www.minibustoairport.co.uk will endeavour to be at all pick-up point's in advance of the time's agreed . However , there may be causes out of our control that may from time to time prevent us from meeting these
commitments , such as ; inclement weather , road traffic accidents , road resurfacing etc . Therefore you agree to allow a period of up to 30 minutes grace .                                If a grace period is invoked in whole or part , the time
of adjusted time's will be made up during or after the period of hire , schedules permitting .

Terms and Conditions

1.1 The Provider shall sell and the Client shall purchase the Service in accordance with any quotation or offer of the Provider which is accepted by the Client , or any reservation of the Client which is accepted by the Provider , subject in either case to these Conditions , which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted , or any such reservation is made or purported to be made , by the Client .
1.2 A contract will only come in to being upon the acceptance of the Provider of the reservation and the following conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated in the contract . The Client accepts these terms & conditions by placing a reservation , booking with the provider via but not limited to the providers ; web site : www.minibustoairport.co.uk via telephone , or via any representative agent .
1.3 The Contract will be subject to these conditions . The provider reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion . Any revised terms and conditions will be posted on the providers website and will come into effect 1 hour after posting .
1.4 No reservation order submitted by the client shall be deemed to be accepted by the provider unless and until confirmed in writing by email telephone or otherwise by an authorised representative of the provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk ).
1.5 The specification for the services shall be those set out in the providers sales documentation unless varied expressly in the clients reservation (if accepted by the provider) . The service will only be supplied as stated in the providers price list . Reservations orders received other than these will be adjusted accordingly . Illustrations , photographs or descriptions whether in the website , brochures , price lists or other documents issued by the provider are intended as a guide only and the contents shall not be binding on the Provider .
1.6 The Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk )reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the services which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements or , where the services are to be supplied to the Providers specification , which do not materially affect their performance .
1.7 Sub-contracting companies are not authorised to make any representations or claims concerning the service unless confirmed by the Provider in writing by email , telephone or otherwise . In entering into the Contract the client acknowledges that it does not rely on , and waives any claim for beach of , any such representations , which are not so confirmed .
1.8 No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the client and the provider .
1.9 Sales literature , price lists and other documents issued by the provider in relation to the service may be subject to alteration . No contract for the offer of service shall be binding on the provider unless the provider has issued a quotation which is expressed to be an offer of service ; or has accepted a reservation placed by the client , by whichever is the earlier of :-
1.9.1 the Providers written acceptance ;
1.9.2 delivery of the service ;
1.10 Any typographical , clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature , quotation , price list , acceptance of offer , invoice or other document or information issued by the Provider shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk).
1.11 The price of the Service shall be the price listed in the Providers published price list current at the date of acceptance of the clients reservation or such other price as may be agreed in writing by the provider and the client .
1.12 Where the provider has quoted a price for the service other than in accordance with the Providers published price list the price quoted shall be valid for 24 hours only or such other time as the Provider may specify .
1.13 The Provider reserves the right , by giving notice to the Client at any time before delivery , to increase the price of the service to reflect any increase in the cost to the provider which is due to any factor beyond the control of the provider (such as , without limitation , any foreign exchange fluctuation , currency regulation or alteration of duties , any change in delivery dates , quantities or specifications for the service which is requested by the Client , or any delay caused by any instructions of the Client or failure of the Client to give the Provider adequate information or instructions .
1.14 The Provider ( www.minibustoairport.co.uk) reserves the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors (herein known as third parties) to provide services to Clients . Where appropriate details i.e. names , addresses of any such third parties will be provided by the Provider upon any reasonnable request and at the discretion of the Provider .
1.15 Reservations orders made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge of 50% on published prices : 24 , 25 , 26 , December & 1 January .
1.16 A maximum time of 30 minutes for address collections & 90 minutes for airport , seaport collections will be allocated , whereupon non-contact with the client will classify the reservation to be a NO SHOW & will be subject to clauses 2.2 & 3.1.1.
1.17 All payments that are made in any other form than cash (pounds sterling) to the Provider for the provision of service & on any confirmed reservations made with the provider directly or indirectly will result in a non refundable charge (processing fee) and vat if applicable .

Terms Of Carriage
2.1 The Providers (herein known as www.minibustoairport.co.uk) prices are based on Clients (herein known as passengers) being ready to travel at the booked time . Clients must book their ground transfer in accordance with check in times and guidelines provided by their relevant air or cruise line .
2.2 All meets apart from airports waiting time are free for the first 5 minutes ; thereafter you will be charged 35p per minute on the entire waiting time . Airport and Seaport collections : 30 minutes free waiting time from the time of landing arrival (additional free waiting time can be requested at time of booking) , thereafter you will be charged 35p per +minute (payments made in any other form than cash GBP will be subject to processing) . There is no additional charge for flight delays .
2.3 Fares quoted are flat rates . Any diversions , additional set downs or pickups by passengers will incur a minimum charge of £7.00 per diversion ..www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right of altering any prices without prior notification however quotations on confirmed bookings will be binding .
2.4 Neither www.minibustoairport.co.uk nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage . Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times , if accompanying the luggage on the journey . www.minibustoairport.co.uk & or its contracted or sub-contracted drivers have the right to refuse any passenger or to make the journey due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion .
2.5 Vehicles are booked by clients as requested. Saloon and Estate cars carry a maximum of 4 passengers & luggage . Vehicles to carry a larger no of passengers & luggage are available & are to be booked as required , (for luggage limitations , vehicle types and relevance ) .
2.6 Damage to vehicles caused by passengers due to soiling is chargeable at the rate of £60.00 (GBP) in cash at the time of instance by the driver .
2.7 www.minibustoairport.co.uk will not carry in its vehicles any of the following:Explosives , firearms , flammables , tear gas , mace , pepper spray Perishables , Fragile , breakable , or temperature sensitive items , Pets , insects , animals (other than registered Guide Dogs for the visually impaired) , Cash , Hazardous waste , Pressurized containers , Securities and negotiable papers , Human remains , Alcoholic beverages , or anything containing alcohol , Illegal narcotics/drugs . www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserves the right to disallow additional goods at any time .
2.8 In the instance where un accompanied luggage is transported . You agree to defend , indemnify and hold www.minibustoairport.co.uk and its owners , workers , clients , agents , and driver harmless from all claims , demands , causes of actions , damages , liabilities , costs and expenses , including attorneys' fees , arising from or related to your acts or omissions in connection with your use of the Service and omissions in relation to clause 2.7.
2.9 In the instance where un accompanied luggage is transported . www.minibustoairport.co.uk will try its level best to deliver the luggage to the exact destination as booked by the passenger . If the driver is unable to obtain a signature for the receipt of luggage on such delivery . The driver is within his remit to return the luggage to our head office where storage and additional delivery costs may be incurred .

Cancellations / Cancellation charges
3.1 Reservations that have been accepted and confirmed by the Provider may be cancelled by the Client by telephone on: +44 (01494 461444 . Vehicles that are cancelled by client after reservation acceptance by the provider shall incur a cancellation charge .
3.1.1 Cancellations that are not informed of are deemed to be of the status ”NO SHOW” and will subject to a charge of 100% .
3.1.2 Cancellation informed 24 hours or more prior to booked journey time are subject to a charge of £10.00.
3.1.3 Cancellations informed 3 to 24 hours prior to the booked journey time are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted fare .
3.1.4 Cancellation's not informed up to 3 hour's prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred : 100% of quoted fare .
3.1.5 Vehicles that are booked by the client that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for as in clause 2.5 will be subject to clause 2.2 and 3.1.4.

General Applications
4.1 The Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing , or any failure to perform , any of the Providers obligations in relation to the Service , if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Providers reasonable control . Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing , the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Providers reasonable control directly or indirectly:-
4.1.1 act of God , explosion , flood , tempest , fire or accident ;
4.1.2 war or threat of war , sabotage , insurrection , act of terrorism , civil disturbance or requisition ;
4.1.3 acts , restrictions , regulations , byelaws , prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental , parliamentary or local authority ;
4.1.4 traffic accidents , traffic hold ups , traffic congestion ;
4.1.5 strikes , lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the Provider or of a third party) ;
4.1.6 flight delays , flight cancellations , early arrivals ;
4.1.7 power failure or breakdown in machinery including vehicles and computer systems .
4.2 Subject as expressly provided in these Conditions , all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law .
4.3 Except as expressly provided in these Conditions , the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall not be liable to the client by reason of any representation , or any implied warranty , condition or other term , or any duty at common law or under statute , or under the express terms of the Contract , for any direct or consequential loss or damage sustained by the client (including , without limitation , loss of profit or indirect or special loss) , costs , expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of the Provider , its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the services .
4.4 If clause 3.1.5 applies then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Provider , the Provider (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) shall be entitled to cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries under the Contract without any liability to the client , and if the Services have been delivered but not paid for the price shall become immediately due and payable notwithstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary .
4.5 The Client undertakes to the Provider that :-
4.5.1 the client will regard as confidential the Contract and all information obtained by the client relating to the services of the Provider and will not use or disclose to any third party such information without the Providers (www.minibustoairport.co.uk) prior written consent provided that this undertaking shall not apply to information which is in the public domain other than by reason of the clients default ;
4.5.2 the client will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with this condition by its employees , servants and agents . This Condition shall survive the termination of the contract .
Governance
5.1 No waiver by the provider of any breach of the Contract by the client shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision .
5.2 If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby .
5.3 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales .

Transport of Goods
All parcels , packages and goods are taken at customer’s own risk . It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for goods in transit .
Right to Refusal
www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to carry any persons or objects that the driver deems to be likely to cause him or his vehicle harm or damage in whatsoever form . The judgment of the driver will be final .www.minibustoairport.co.uk may charge for any costs involved .
Quotes
All quotes , where given , are approximate according to an estimate of miles and time incurred by driver and time of day of travel and type of vehicle required to do a specific journey .
Charges
We will calculate fares based upon mileage incurred , time and out of pocket expenditure .The charge rate will vary according to the type of vehicle/service required for the journey Most journeys are quoted travelling via the shortest route . If the route varies from this , e.g. by request from the customer to use a motorway route or the driver has to avoid a traffic related problem , www.minibustoairport.co.uk reserve the right to charge the Client for any extra mileage and time
Surcharges
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to:- out of area to out of area journeys

airport and station pick-ups .

- Christmas , New Year and other Bank Holiday journeys

- additional stops on route

- periods of extreme weather or road conditions .

- journeys out of standard business hours .

- peak hours

Cancellations

www.minibustoairport.co.uk assume a journey request is still valid until:

Usually there would be no charge for a journey cancelled prior to dispatch .

Where a journey is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched the Client may be liable for a charge .

Where the driver is unable to find a Passenger after making all reasonable efforts the Client may be charged
